Quebec aviation - any good?

Any1 had any experience with this airline company?
It looks like I could be spending 18 hours in one of their planes in a
couple of weeks so any info would be appreciated!

Had a london to bangkok via doha return flight around christmas time, no
problems at all. Friendly smiley hostesses, all the standard stuff you'd
expect on a long haul flight. Seats weren't too bad, no free upgrades
though hehe. The hostess on our flight happily served us multiple beers at
time which was great.

That's exactly the same as what I'm doing - albeit by lonesome self! Here's
hoping I have a similar experience.
I have a 7 hour layover in DOHA airport which I'm not looking forward to. Is
it as bad as they say?
