Berlin airport transfers

Allow two hours.
You can get a bus from Tegel to Zoologischer Garten (Zoo) Bahnhof in
the centre of West Berlin and then take the S-Bahn across the city to
East Berlin and then change onto the train which goes out to
Schoenefeld Airport.

Is this the quickest way?

I understood that a fast AirportExpress train service could take
passengers from Zoo to Schonfeld in about 30 mins.

But if that runs every half hour, and the bus to Zoo takes 20 minutes
and runs every 20 minutes, then 2 hrs is a reasonable allowance!
