Becasue of CAA regulations !!
It wasn't Iberia's fault - unless they expect them to ignore regulations, It
was ebookers fault, and they seem to have admitted it.

Hmm - No - possibly the CAA haven't properly evaluated the 'risks' of
carrying deaf people.

Or how a UK law could apply to a Spanish airline.

Ah, I read it that the problem was on the Madrid-Islands leg. But
perhaps it was in London.
