3 out of 4 'meals' on my last BA flight LHR-MRU-LHR they ran out of choices
by the time they got to me (I was in the middle of the back section), I
guess I should have been grateful I had anything to eat.

Especially for a so-called 'full-service' airline :-)

I have to say that on my last BA transatlantic flight I had the first
instance of asking for "A" from the "A or B" meal choice (verbally -
menus seem to be long gone) and then getting given "B" moments later
(but not discovering this until they were several rows away). As it
happened, I didn't mind very much. But just a datapoint.
