Triathlon burnout? I've entered my first tri, the Tinman in July. Never even ridden a
road bike but have ordered a Cervelo Soloist and should have it in a
week or two. Never swam until 2 weeks ago, but I ran a 1:29 Half
Marathon last week.
I'm full on into training but don't want to burn out. Been running
about 40 miles a week, swim 3 times a week for about an hour each time.
No biking yet, since no bike.
Do have enough training to complete the TinMan in July?
Any advice for a tri rookie?
