Default Raising Anaeobic Threshold

Hi,

How do I raise my anaerobic threshold in both cycling and running? If I am
doing lots of cycling but I just do AT training whilst running (for
example), will my cycling AT increase? Or must I do AT training in both
cycling and running.

thanks

Bob
