No argument that it can help. I just don't really agree with taking a good
swimmer and teaching them a "new" way to swim. In the short term you are
going to have a negative impact and in the long term, I don't really think
the results would justify it.

TI might could take a minute or two off my mile, but it's a lot of effort
for such a small gain, I'd rather just use a coach to refine the skills I
already have. But as I mentioned, I have seen it turn a slow swimmer into a
good swimmer and I think it is well suited for that task.

Or,,,, endurance is what happens while working on skill and technique.
