Default Mermaid Melissa Holding Breath Four Minutes (4:18) Underwater

Mermaid Melissa Holding Breath Four Minutes (4:18) Underwater Video (4:51)
Per the videographer:
My last video I captured was around 3mins and 20 seconds. today I thought I'd try and brake that knowing i have been able to now go 4 minutes underwater but getting it on video was challenging because you have to have the camera, someone to film, and the free time to get all these factors right.

I would like to say that it's important to add that you never try this alone and never try holding your breath without building up your lung span and training first. this is not something you should do often and the only reason i am able or for that matter let myself attempt these type of breath holding skills at this lever is because i have been in the water since birth and being around and in water is my 2nd home. i feel safe and a sense of peace and joy when i am submerged and again ask that you never ever try holding your breath for any length of time without having a partney/buddy system into play. i am also scuba/padi certified.
