Default Too Many Incomplete Immunization Cards!

I’m headed overseas for some travel in a few months, and
I’ve just completed the necessary immunizations. As I’m
getting the paperwork in order, it appears that over the years I have
had multiple immunization cards, each listing a couple shots. For ease
of record keeping, I’d like to consolidate this onto a single
card, instead of a half dozen. Is it permissible for me to do to make
changes myself, or if not, which medical professionals are authorized
to transfer vaccination from one record to another?

Thanks!

Why would you bother!! The only vaccinations actually required these days
are for Yellow Fever - and then only if you have just come from - or are
going to a country where it's a problem. (and that's very few!).

Vaccination Records are an old-fashioned concept. Keep a record for yourself
by all means (Excel!).
