There are so many different cruise lines and so many different destinations
it is difficult to give recommendations without knowing more about your
preferences.
Personally I would avoid Carnival and stick with more "conservative" lines
such as Holland America where you don't have to deal with the "Gen X" crowd
(and the awful "Gen X" music that goes along with it.)
The best thing to do is do a lot of reasearch on the internet and visit with
a travel agent who is an "expert" at cruises.
