Default 2003 Corolla brake wear question

I have a 2003 Corolla which has 3 ml left on the pads and 4 ml left on the
shoes.

My first question is, how many ml do the pads and shoes have when they're
new?

Second question, at what thickness must the pads and shoes be replaced?

Thanks in advance.
