Default Choice of Spark plugs?

I just purchased a set of NGK IRIDIUM IX plugs for mt '95 Camry LE
with 5SFE. The car as 140k and I believe it still has the original
plugs on it. I noticed there is a note on the valve cover saying that
the engine takes only Platinum Plugs. Could this iridium tipped plugs
work for this motor? Any harms to the engine using these plugs? Please
let me know. Thanks!

What is important on plugs is temperature and correct style, platinum
last longest. I do not think the label states only platinum but
recommends them, read it again
