Default my camry leans (bottoms) while changing to left lane at high speed

Hi

I have 95 camry close to 180k. I have replaced all four struts and
springs last year. Now a day i am having hard time in changing to
left lanes on highway. Car driver rear bottoms or leans too much.
also same on right side curves. I did observe their is slight rubbing
of both rear brakes. I have new brake pads and machined drums
recently. I did change stablizer bar. Please help me what may be
problem.

The mechanic who did change struts and springs tells every thing is
alright.

I had similar problem on the rear passenger after replacing struts and
springs some how problem disappreared automaticaly.
