Default basic question re removing moulding over seat belt adjuster

My 2000 Camry LE just exited the body shop with a fresh
rattle near the seat belt mechanism, in the vertical post between
driver's front and rear doors. It's so loose, I'm sure I can fix it
--
if I can figure out how to remove the moulding.

Can anyone tell me where and how to start? (Haynes and Toyota
manuals weren't helpful.)

Many Thanks,
Jake

Why not take it back to the body shop and tell them to fix it (at no charge,
naturally)?
