Default Just curious, whats it worth

I have a 91 4 door camry I think DX, it has everything but no sun
roof, 105000 miles, 2 year old Michelins , new brakes and rotors, fuel
and brake lines, 60% highway miles, Mobil 1 used, runs great burns no
oil, well maintained, but AC broken. Rust from salt, Whats it maybe
worth? I was offered 700, but I think thats way to low since it runs
well and I have maintained it and kept up on fluid changes with all
Mobil synthetics everywhere. Struts were replaced years ago but are
not great.

One big issue ( in states that require safety inspections) is
whether it has a recent inspection. People with sense will pay more for
a ratty old car with a fresh inspection than for one that will need to
be inspected and may fail, requiring Big Bucks to get it to pass. If the
inspection is new or recent, I'd say it's worth $995-$1200. If not, then
if you think it will pass, see if you can get it inspected. Otherwise
$700 isn't far off.
