Default 1991 Toyota Camry Ignition Failure when engine is hot

Description of Problem: The car starts and runs fine when cool. When
heated up from driving alot, the key will not turn over when
restarting. When the engine cools down for half to 1 hour then key
turns over and starts as it normally would.

Does anybody have experience with this problem and its remedy? Thanks

Do you hear anything *at all* when you turn the key?

Guessing (just guessing here) a bad starter, or some fault in the
electrical system.

What year, what vehicle?

1991 Camry
There is no noise at all. Although there is power to fan radio lights
etc.

Start by checking the cable connections at the battery. They need to
be clean and tight.
See if one wiggles if you try to move it. Also ensure there is no
corrosion between the battery post and the inside of the cable
connector.
The starter motor draws more amperage than anything else so step one
is check connections at the battery. If they are sound, then you go to
the next step.
