Default Are Camrys' Still as Well Make as in the past

When you say 20% fewer parts, are you referring to the 6 speed A/T with
sequential shift or the 5 speed A/T?

In 05 Toy recalled more cars than sold in the US, 2.38 million recalled,
2.26 million sold. Toy quality isnt what it used to be

The 70's car where indeed simple to maintain. Just imagine, those cars
dont have electronic sensors, EFI and ABS and all those things cars
have today. Now you need fault codes, special tools, etc.

I really don't remember my family having to talk about MPG in the 70's,
what was important was MPH.

Camrys are now manufactured in Kentuckey, no longer
in Japan and exported to U.S. With my 2003 up on a
lift for regular maintenance at my local dealer, I
popped the question to my salesman about upgrading
to a 2007 model. His reply..."Although I could
make lots of money selling you a new one, keep the
one that you have. Not only is yours in excellent
condition with low mileage, but it is the last year
for the Japanese built version in North America.
Although the U.S. built car is quite good, I have noticed
certain things about this model that don't live up to the standards of the
past."
From the lips of babes???
