Default Brake problem

If they told him they are new he has grounds to stand on, but I bet
its not in writing, or maybe he is lucky and it is. I guess it depends
on the dealer and now many are loosing money.

Default Brake problem

Yes, I am not asking if I should get the dealer to "re-do" the brakes, since
they didn't give me a warranty on the work previously done before the sale.

But, I am considering taking the car to an independent brake shop and having
them checked. I just didn't know if a mild squeak was normal or not in this
instance.

Some pads squeak, and it depends on the type of squeak, a pro will
help when he hears it.
