Default Upton's brewing instructions

Would appreciate informed criticism of Upton's instructions on water temp,
amount of leaf, and brewing times for their offerings

Start with them and if you need, adjust to taste. For example with their
keemuns I steep them
2 minutes. I also measure that tea with a kitchen measure and do about 1 tea
spoon per 6oz.
of water. With most of their Darjeelings I go by the instructions.
