Default Going from IAS to TAS

Thumb rule: add 2 knots per 1000ft.
10K x 2 = 20
20+115 = 135TAS
my Electronic E6B says 134.9

In addition to the thumb rule, this conversion is a feature of your flight
computer....and some airspeed indicators provide TAS with a little
knob-twiddling.

Wiz wheel. I carry mine in my kneeboard for this purpose. Its mostly
academic since what you really are interested in cruise flight is
usually ground speed.
