What is the best way to get your written exam passed. What type of
materials do you recommend to study which you believe it can help
most.

Thanks

Well, that's like asking which is the correct religion ;-)

Seriously, everyone is going to have their own opinion. For me, I like
to study at home, so I purchased one of Kershner's Private Pilot books
and used the Gleim Private Pilot Test Prep book (the red book).

I read through the Kershner book, then used it as a reference as I
continued through my training. I went through the Gleim book chapter
by chapter and make sure I was able to answer each question. This
took a lot of time and I'm not really sure it was worth it - but it
did equate to a high score on the actual written test.

Please let me know if you want any more specific information, and
best of luck in your training/testing.

I usually recommend the King written exam DVD. There are others that
are good but my students have done very well with King so I've not had
a reason to recommend something else.
