SH Parts Dept - Great Service

Just wanted to take a moment to give the parts department at
Schempp-Hirth a well deserved atta-boy. I placed two separate orders
for a number of parts for my glider. I was prepared for the worst, but
their prices were less than I feared. The shipping was prompt and while
there was a minor miscommunication on a couple of items that I
requested, Schempp-Hirth made it right immediately and did a great job
taking care of me as a customer.

We recently purchased a used Janus C.. emails to the factory before our
purchase were promptly answered with great information.
Good web site too for looking up all the Tech Bulletins..
