Eastern Sailplane Issues

I was wondering if there is others, out there, having
troubles placing orders through Eastern Sailplane.
I had one order, placed by Rodger Mudd, sit for over
six months. I finally contacted Rolf Schulze at ASW
to find out that the order had never been placed. I
was able to get the order placed through
Rolf. Then a second order was supposedly placed over
a month ago. After not hearing of any confirmation,
I again contacted Rolf, only to find out that again
no order had been placed. I again had Rolf place the
order.

I was in need of hinge pins, tail skid with wheel and a brake
shoes...I called Eastern several times...went directly to the
source...they even got me a nice .pdf file with image of ASW logo
without any problems....

Asw has been very responsive. I have nothing but good
things to say about the company and its employees.
It is a shame that their representative is allowed
to sully there good name.

Good looking? Sounds like you have had a couple to
many already..........

I have always had great service from Eastern Sailplane.

I have purchased two new sailplanes over the years
from John Murray and never had a problem with support.
