Default LX 7000 igc pro to winpilot

Have installed Winpilot adv on RS235 o/p from LX. It gets a fix no problem.
However the LXdec function does not seem to work. The LX "connects" to the
Ipaq and the Ipaq shows declaration sent. However the declaration does not
appear on the LX. Anybody any ideas ??

Stuart --

I'm curious, where/how are you connecting your iPAQ to the LX?

My glider came with the LX7000 installed so I'm not well versed in the
details, but it has a round 5-pin connector mounted in the panel that
the proprietary LX serial cable connects to for connection to PCs, and
it also has a device behind the panel that provides the interface to my
iPAQ (running WinPilot Pro). The latter connection runs at 4800 baud
and cannot (as far as I know) be changed, but the panel connection uses
the speed specified in the LX7000's menu system, and for that I use
38400 baud.

Curiously, I can use ConnectMe (or ConnectLX, the same program except
with fewer "device" choices) on the iPAQ across the internal 4800-baud
connection but I still have to go to select TRANSFER in the LX7000 for
it to work.

Also, if you don't get an answer to your question here, be sure to
e-mail LX Nav, they have been good at responding to my help requests
(support[at]lxnavigation.si).
