Default inexpensive but still good?

Howdy, all...
This is my first post to this group--I just moved up to snow
country (northern NH) and the snowmobile trails up here are just
rockin'... I don't have a machine yet... Can anyone recommend a good
machine that won't kill my budget?
Many thanks in advance for any advice!

Yeah you could buy our 98 ZR 600 EFI for yourself.... =-) It is my wife's
sled and has about 2500 miles on it.
$2995.00...... VERY well taken care of and a good little sled.

Seriously, what's your budget???
What type of riding will you be doing mostly and will you need a one up or a
two up sled???
Off trail riding, need studs, lake racing, groomed trails only etc???
A few thousand dollars will get you a VERY nice sled with many of today's
sleds add-ons.... long travel front and rear suspension, batteryless EFI,
hydraulic brakes, rebuildable shocks etc... Older sleds in the mid 90s and
older may not have long travel suspensions and if your planning on doing ANY
type of miles then you'll be sure to want this on your list of things to
make sure your new to you sled has for options......

Hope this helps.
