Default Lodging & X-country Skiing - Catskills

Don't know about included meals, but if you want groomed trails,
there's nothing in the Catskills (even though the web site would say "N
km groomed for XC). I'd go an hour further north and ski Lapland Lake.

Is Mohonk technically in the Catskills (Gary?)

For $300+ or whatever Mohonk charges per room per night in the
"off-season" the meals would better be included.

Mohonk is in the Shawangunk Mtns., and the Catskills are found (relative to
the 'Gunks) across the Rondout Valley from the Shawangunks.
Frost Valley is in the Catskills. That is a YMCA facility with lodging and
food. There's an Italian reort Villa Vosilla near Hunter that tracks for
classic skiing.
Be forwarned that if you click on their web page "Winter Activities" you get
their dinner menu.

Unless someone wants to visit a particular place in the Catskills it's
probably best to head to the Shawangunks to ski and enjoy the views of the
Catskills from there.
