Scuba Diving: Any decent diving near Tela or LaCeiba, Honduras?

Since both of these towns are on the Caribbean Coast of Honduras I was
wondering if there is any decent diving in that vicinity (not the Bay
Islands) or anywhere else on the coast?

Dive shops/hotel recommendations are appreciated.
