Scuba Diving: Diving in the Philippines

Has anyone been diving in the Philippines who can recommend an area and
resort? I may have a week to spend diving there and would love to find a
place has large fish and wrecks...

Isn't that the point of Constantine's question? He's probably flying into
Guam and looking for answers of where to go from there.

No mention was made of "probably flying into Guam". From his question I
figured he was going to be in the Philippines for one reason or another and
wanted to dive while he was there.
