Most likely, the only wetsuits that will be available with be
shorties.
That may or may not be sufficient for a cruise where you will dive
several times per day. I wished I had a full suit the last time I did
one in the Similans. YMMV. If that may be a problem, then check with
the dive operator which wetsuits is available beforehand, or bring
your own wetsuit.
Are you ready to dive if the weather is not 100% up to your
expectations? If not then carefully check the likely weather as May is
just the transition between the two seasons in the South.
