You weren't breaking any rule--that's the way it's supposed to be.
The reason there's no attendant there is because you're not supposed
to stop there. It annoys us to no end when people stop there for no
reason and we've been telling the park they need to make people move
in. There's no reason why there shouldn't be at least 3-4 sets of
people waiting for each row. I don't know why people feel the need to
stop (and I'm not just talking about LC's Wildcat). If there's
nothing or nobody stopping you, you're supposed to keep going.

On the subject, I didn't really understand what was going on with
Ravine Flyer's station. The attendant at the station entrance would
count, and let in, the exact number of people to fill a train--but
then, everyone just scattered and lined up whenever they wanted (ie,
waiting extra cycles for the seat they wanted, particularly front and
back). The attendants didn't care if one wanted to wait for the front
or back seats, but it seemed pointless to only let in however many
people the train held.
