Years ago **** said that 4th of July is one of their slow weekend.

There is one way to find out how busy the park will be is to call the
campground and ask if there are any cabins or campsites open for the
weekend. This is a good way to judge how busy they will be, in the
past years the campgrounds were normally sold out, which meant a busy
weekend for the park. I sort of agree that the 4th of July holiday is
not their busier time but the holiday does fall on a Friday, which may
increase the amount of visitors.
