Giant Wheel attraction for Orlando

Are these guys serious? They want to build a 400' ferris wheel in
FLORIDA?

Have they paid attention to what happens in Florida on a fairly
regular basis?
I hope no-one lives within a 5 to 10 mile radius of the new bomb
conveyor.
