Does this mean it won't be running by the park opening day?

The last report on zoning problems, issued two weeks ago, listed the coaster
as costing $7M. How did the cost increase $500,000 in such a short time?

I think it was planned for Memorial Day Weekend.
Now maybe opening day 2009?
