Although its not in NY or Penn.....go to Lake Compounce in CT its only
about 1 hour from NY

The Lincoln Park Comet was an EXCELLENT moderate sized twister with a
terrific Coney Cyclonesque first drop( same designer.)
Anything good you may hear about it would not be surprising to me. It and
the Mountain Park Flyer are two of my favorite defunct coasters.
