Default Kelowna, B.C. crash?

Saw an accident on tv this morning involving dodge pickup & fifth
wheel. Trailer seperated from truck & got cut in half by power pole.
From what I saw on trailer, it looked like complete hitch had
seperated from truck, including rails. If anyone knows how hitch
was attached to truck, please post. A friend bought a complete
setup in Maple Ridge & found the rv dealer had installed hitch rails
through box only & tack welded nuts to underside of box ( tin )!!

I can't believe any RV dealer would install a hitch as you describe.
