Oklahoma City:
Places to stay:
Twin Fountains RV Park located on NE 63rd Street near the junction of
I-35 & I-44. They have full hookup 50 amp pull thus and backins. The park
opened later last summer and is within a couple of miles of many
attractions. There are several older parks in western Oklahoma City near
I-40. Cedar Valley RV park is a couple of miles west of Guthrie, OK (just
north of Oklahoma City) it is in a rural setting surrounded by a par 3 golf
course with 4 regular golf courses within 2 miles. I don't believe Cedar
Valley is in the Trailer Life Directory.
Places to see:
Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial
Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center
Bricktown
Oklahoma City Zoo
Omniplex - hands on museum and planetarium
Remington Park Race Track (horse) and Casino
And many other things, art museums, gardens, various halls of fame,
etc. Check the Oklahoma Visitors Center shortly after you the state on
I-40.
