So, if I understand you, the tires are 5 years old. They've still
probably got another two years on them. Assuming you don't live in
smoggy LA, or in very hot weather. Look at the date codes. If they are
seven years or older, I'd be saving my shekels for some new ones.
Tires need to be driven on. Sitting for years is not good.

If you're gonna store it every winter, buy yourself some cheap used
tires and use them for storage. Save the good ones for the road.

And motor home tires are changed free of charge?

This idea is so dumb it makes my head hurt from the gears grinding.

I think you should have your servants get a copy of Michelin's RV Tire
Guide, read it, and inspect the tires.

As an E-5 I was rich enough (while stationed in Spain) to afford a maid.
I believe it was $8.50 per month for a 5 1/2 day week. You were also
    allowed
to pay their tram fare and give them lunch. Anything more than that was
technically a violation of the law. Gardeners and cooks could be hired
at the same rate. Ours didn't last long, Esposa thought she was trying
too hard to find a husband and might resort to poaching protected game.
