I read that the now nixed upper section of the Freedom Fries Tower was
to have many tiny wind turbines.

Every now and then you can still see turbo-ventilators on old factory
buildings and warehouses - those things that look like one or two foot
diameter ball-shaped mixer beaters that are wind-powered and exhaust
air from the building. They went out of style when modern HVAC
equipment came along.

Yeah. It's pretty much a nixed Freedom Tower at this point though. I
think the design is utterly different.

Absolutely. The current sentiment about alternative energy might very
well let me put one up there.

Absolutely. The current sentiment about alternative energy might very>
well let me put one up there. With the proliferation of satellite
dishes like fungi on the side of every building, it's obvious that no
one is concerned about the appearance of accretions on the urban
landscape.

What do you think?

I've never seen that happen before.

Did Bolwerk get the blobby form and insert Returns, or did he get it
properly?
