Every now and then you can still see turbo-ventilators on old factory
buildings and warehouses - those things that look like one or two foot
diameter ball-shaped mixer beaters that are wind-powered and exhaust
air from the building. They went out of style when modern HVAC
equipment came along.

Yeah. It's pretty much a nixed Freedom Tower at this point though. I
think the design is utterly different. | |
