I pointed this out weeks ago here, but the "rail advocate" crowd seemed to
poo=poo the idea. They may not know it yet. Some of them don't even ride
trains very often, as far as I can tell from what's posted here.

Cheers,

Also the end of Waterfront Connection on weekends as well as the
withdrawal of train 2504, which means that it is now not possible to get
to NYP before 7:30 AM on weekends from Raritan Line stations.

Yes, but Penn Station is not the only place these riders want to go to.
And thousands of NJ residents work in....NJ. How does Midtown Direct get
you to Jersey City?

You can also change at Hoboken to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail which
also takes you to Jersey City (and beyond).

HBLR is the better choice for downtown Jersey City. It practically drops
you off at the front door of Harborside.

YellowSubmarine is on a distinguished road
Default

yea, the light rail isn't that bad to get into downtown jersey city, but to get to other places in JC can be a hassle sometimes.. Jersey City could definitely use an NJT stop.
