Default Lunch places near Astoria Blvd/31St subway station?

One time in all my 25 years in Chicago, I checked out the Billy Goat
Tavern on Lower Wacker Drive, which Belushi's sketch was based on. The
SNL version was a much nicer place for a quick burger and Pepsi.
(Though they did do a good burger.)

He may have gotten it from Belushi, who got it from that nasty guy
underground.
