Crackpot? This from the guy who thinks he has an irrevocable right to
needlessly and freely fill the air with harmful particulates without any
regard for human life? And wishes death upon those who find that even
slightly objectionable?

Ruben is clearly a sociopath.

You don't think electrocution on the third rail is as bad as that?
You're willing to wish that on someone?

You should seek help as soon as possible, and in the meanwhile you
should not keep working in a hospital.

I don't need to ask anyone. Google it for yourself. Only FL, KY and
VA ban all felons from voting for life. Nine other states ban some
for life. NY bans parolees but not felons on probation (I mixed those
up). And NY has no restrictions once you serve your time.

Look it up.

Nix the tolls, and charge an extra tax for each NYS license plate.

Eliminate all state tolls. It'll be a tax like paying for schools even
if you don't have kids. I don't know what that means, but I can't
think of anything better.

What'll be the rube's complaint this time?

How long has Google been doing a Captcha
to submit a post to Usenet even while logged in?
