Has it even been allocated funding yet?

People were just squawking about an expensive new aquarium there.

You mean the new IRT station at South Ferry? I just asked about this
here not long ago. I was told it would probably be done by August of
this year.

And, call me crazy, but I think there's just the faintest likelihood
that it would have been allocated funding if it's almost done being
built. ;)

Confusing your stories.

The new fishtanks are at the St. Geirge Ferry Terminal. The $700,000
cames from the SI BP's office Discretionary Funds.

The new terminal for the 1 train at South Ferry is supposed to open
sometime this year. People here are saying in August, but I find that
unlikely, since there is no schedule adjustment planned for that time.
I'd wait until November or December before heading down there to look.
