Default Other cities with "El" systems?

I was just talking to a cow-orker and we were just chatting about if
any cities other than NYC and Chicago have any elevated transit
systems of any significance. Those I can think of are either subway or
surface or combined. I'm certainly not an expert in transit trivia, so
I thought I would ask here.

Thanks in advance. :)

I thought Washington and LA were all either subway or surface. Are
there indeed significant elevated sections in those areas?

Washington's Red Line to Silver Spring and beyond is largely elevated.

London has a lot outdoors, but none of it is on what New Yorkers would
consider a traditional elevated structure.
