Default Extending the Franklin Avenue Shuttle?

Was there ever consideration of extending the Franklin Avenue Shuttle
either north to the G train or south to the F train? Just wondering.
As both extension seem rather simple to complete and would perhaps help
unify subway service in Brooklyn.

I just figured building it under Prospect Park to connect to the F
would be rather easy. Also extending it north to the G with a stop in
Bed Stey might make sense and increase subway travel options. Then
north/south travel would be easier between Queens and Brooklyn, a
growing segment as the outer boroughs grow.

Thats a good point as since the G service to Queens has become so limted
its been a real pain getting to the E & F trains from Brooklyn.
