Default Cortlandt Street subway stop to stay closed for another year

As predicted in this space weeks ago . . .

S.O.P. when the TA goes to work on a station. Initial completion dates are
are uniformly lies -- whether major work or reparing an escalator.

Yeah well they can't even finsh one staircase you know Bay 50th ST.

Right only because they knew they had to since the events of 9/11
were still fresh in the public's minds and besides the station is still
closed.
