Default right on red

How many places in New York City can you legally make a right on red?

I know of two: Reade St. & Hudson St. in Tribeca and 21 St. exit in LIC
from the upper level of the Queensborough Bridge.

Does anyone know of some more?

You can turn _left_ on red from northbound Broadway into Allen Pavilion
(the Columbia U Hospital at Baker Field, northern tip of Manhattan).

Northbound traffic on Webster Avenue, north of 233rd Steet, in The
Bronx, can turn right on red onto the southbound Bronx River Parkway.

This is a dangerous intersection, since for part of the cycle,
*southbound* traffic on Webster has a green left arrow, so that drivers
in both directions could assume they have exclusive right to turn into
the BRP entrance.

Right any where the driver will take a shot at not getting caught.
Another one popular around here is going backwards up Bay 50th St
which is one way. Some years back I saw a driver going backwards on
East 15th St between Kings Highway and Avenue R, and when I give him
a look he acted like "I" was in the wrong.
