Default Woman gets a $50.00 ticket

Here we go again after I forget how many years MTA is pushing
that bag on an empty nonsense. The lady was on an empty "F" train
7:30 at night. The cop took her off the train and give her the ticket.
Give me a BREAK. TA saids its officer's discretion.
