Stairway on Bay 50th St.

They started fixing the above last month, its the one the killer
ran up in "The French Connection". No ones worked on it since. Whats the
story when are they going to finish?

Which one? A couple weeks ago (no, I guess it was the week after
Christmas) there were people entering the BMT station just outside the
PATH entrance.

And it's not grayed out or annotated for "closed" on the most recent
TheMap.
