| | Guest | New rule: no passing between subway cars Heh, this weekend, I saw a scrubby female person move between cars,
entering the new car RIGHT BY TWO TRANSIT COPS. They just watched her,
and didn't do a damn thing. 6 train headed uptown from 14th.

AND SO?!
The north B64 bus stop (Harway Ave and Bay 50th St), is in front of a
very busy bakery, cars park there all the time and when the cop cars
drive by they do nothing, NOT even a warning. So what else is new?

Thats right it should be a judgment call in some cases.

It seems to me that this is probably aimed at pandhandlers and
purveyors of "junk," ranging from candy to those cheap toys you see
sold sometimes. I just can't think of any other reason that they would
go to the trouble of passing this law. That begs the question, why,
since both of these activities are already against the rules of
conduct. | |

| | Guest | New rule: no passing between subway cars The rule I thought does not allow passing between cars even if the train
is in a station or a terminal.
