Supervisors like myself are. The workers are right, the Authority does
not bargin in good faith. We have been without a contract for over two
years and yet no one ever faults the authority, WHY?

Indeed -- I herad two trains on the R Line in Bay Ridge this morning.

Rails are kept polished throughout the system; power is on; signals are on.
Pumps continue to be manned and worked (and beyond all the hype and spin and
the TV cameras and lights, some of those working on infrastructure
maintenance are TWU workers -- at least they were last time out, and in
'66).

Cheers,
Jim Guthrie

The news reported that these trains have a Supervisor operating, and a
cop on board.
